100e rack and pinion conversion with a front bowl sump engine issue???

I've just bought a 100e with escort legs and Xmember fitted, but it's been flipped 180* so the rack is on the back (facing the bulkhead) so the front bowl sumped engine will clear it. This also means the legs have been swapped, the calipers are facing the front of the car, not the rear.
The pop is running eccentric top mounts as well. My question is, is this safe and will it handle reasonable? I know pops don't handle the best unless you go down the independent or spaceframe route. I just want to make sure it's right before I push on with the project! Cheers

I dont think it will work properly as the Ackermann angles will be reversed, unless the steering arms have been modified. It has been covered on here before. See this thread
