Can anyone give me a valuation on a car I'm thinking of buying?

Has anyone got a Glasses guide or whatever the trade use? Just don't want to be paying over the odds on a car I'm looking at tomorrow.

It's a 2012 (12) Black Evoque SD4 Auto Dynamic Lux with panoramic roof, factory tints and keyless entry. 20,000 miles on the clock. Getting it from a LR dealer so it will come with 2 years servicing, 2 year Landrover approved warranty including UK and European roadside assistance, hire car etc. It will be serviced with a fresh MOT and they are swapping the stupid tyre inflation system for a space saver, jack and wheelbrace. They are also taxing it for a year.

    Thanks in advance.

I know that but I don't want to pay £30k plus on a private sale! I like the security of the 2 year Landrover approved used warranty. If the engine or gearbox went pop, they'd replace them with a brand new item without quibble, unlike some independant car dealers - I don't want the potential hassle at my age!

Just wondering what the retail price would be on this motor.

No. Too early for that and in any case, quite a few peeps on the forums are having problems with them so I've been told to avoid the early ones (and I cant afford the later ones!).

Yours is the 6 speed which is the better box we have seen a few failures of the 9 speed, not the most reliable to say the least
I am not back at work until tuesday of next week which is a bit to late for you by then.

Just looking through some of my old posts and saw this. I bought it and I’ve still got it! Just gone past 60k now. Apart from general servicing, changing transmission fluids, battery, tyres and brakes, I’ve just had my first thing go wrong with it - the nearside front door lock motor. It’s been a cracking car so far.
