    Bubble arched MK1

    All,

A mate is running a English axel under a bubble arched MK1 so the question is what wheels can be used.

So could he use 8x13-12 for the front and 9x13-24 for the rears

    Cheers Andy

I have 8x13 et-5 on the front & 9x13 et-17 on the rear with 215/50 on front & 235/45 on the rear if that helps you.

I tried 8x15s with -24 offset using 225-45-15 Toyo r888 tyres and they rubbed the arch at about the 2 o'clock position(looking at passenger side). My arches are rolled too. The 15s have a larger rolling radius so will rub before a 13 anyway.
With a 9 inch wheel your already sticking out half inch more and with -24 I would suspect it would rub at the 2 o'clock position.
Of course this all depends on how low your running it.
