Seems ok, how much were they new? I had one of the F150 pick up trucks in the mid 80's and that was £150 then.
As long as the battery and motor are ok as they cost the most to replace, most other stuff is quite cheap to fix I would think.

This kit only will cost 65-100 new, I have been looking at getting a new kit and this looks like a normal price.
The TL-01 was the newest chassis Tamiya did but they have made a TT-01 lately so the price of Tl-01 has dropped.

This is also quite an old model, the newer model is the road going and quite a bit lower.

I bought a focus tlo1 two years ago, cost £79.00 for the kit plus £100 for the radio gear, so id say at £65 thats priced about spot on. At worst a new battery will cost you £15 and a new motor £20
