    twinturbo 12v cologne

    Hi!

    Specs are:
    93.5mm CP-Pistons with 10:1 CR
H-Profile rods with arp bolts made here in Finland
Custom made main girdle with internal main bearing caps
ARP studs at the bottom and in the heads too
Kent Cams V6T4 special grinded for turbo use
Stiff double valve springs and chrome moly retainers
Harland Sharp 1.6 ratio roller rockers
    Smith Brothers custom pushrods
44.5 and 38.1 valves and ported heads
    Custom adjustable timing gear
Custom made fuelrail and 1260cc injectors
    Efi intake and 65mm throttle
2x Garrett GT2860r (310hv per turbo max) turbos with .64 ar turbine housings
    E85

This made without boost pipes attached and sucking through the intercooler 174hp at the crank and 220nm of torque

Then with boost pipes attached and 0,8bar of boost to 5500rpm where crank signal dissappeared it made 338hp and 458nm at the wheels

And here are both in the same graph

After the dyno I have fixed that rpm signal lost with new cherry hall sensor for the crank so no it revs to 7000rpm. Have ordered also new turbos gt2860rs (diskopotato) with .86 ar turbine housings. So will be taking the real power with them during next summer hopefully, so will return then with new graphs..

Even with the lost crank speed signal, that's a big fat healthy dollop of mid-range grunt there. 200hp by 3.5krpm, I bet it drives well on the road!
