I've been looking at paddle clutches on Ebay-trying my luck with small bids ha ha ha-no joy though.
Someone on here-may have been Fodderboy-is using a 2.3 diesel sierra clutch-says they are stronger than standard sierra plates-and cheap at motor factors too-if i cant find a cheap paddle i'll be trying one of these.
HTH's mate.
ps hows your coming on?

Morning,
I'm using a clutch plate from a 2.3D Sierra with the standard Vauxhall cover and 'flat' type flywheel. Plate cost about 30 quid from my local autofactors and is only about 2mm smaller than the Vauxhall original. Takes loads of stick and gives you a nice progressive pedal too !!
HTH,
IanM
Sorry-was Ian not Fodderboy-i knew someone was using the 2.3D one-and this sounds ideal to me too.

Change of plan for me. I'm going to be using a T5 Gearbox to Vauxhall XE. Any ideas on clutches for this setup? Anyone know any details on T5 clutches E.g. How many splines on a T5 input shaft? Size of clutches? Part numbers? Etc.
