    Re: Doesn't time fly

Its been 19 months, 1 day and about 6 hours for me but who's counting? I just gotta say though: I'M FOOKING GASPING FOR ONE! Also, I was 13 and a half stone before I stopped and I am now 15 and a quarter stone . Just started a diet this week - 2 weetabix for brekkie (instead of a large egg, bacon, sausage and tomato bap), A sandwich, apple and ski youghurt for lunch (instead of KFC/McD/etc) and a normal dinner at night (with no 'finishing up' what the kids/wife leaves). And I'm not allowed any 'snacks' in between either! 2 days into it and I'm bloody STARVING! They'll be nothing left of me at this rate! Giving up smoking is easier than dieting.

Anyway, keep up the good work Sharon.

Yes most of it was I changed my whole routine and that really helped I also use the nicorette nasal spray every now and then which does seem to help but be warned it stings like mad when you first start using it

I've still not stopped yet, I've cut down pretty well, just need that extra bit of effort to stop still.

    Re: Doesn't time fly

normally knackers me first time i have a drink or someone skins up, can go for days without a ciggy with no bother, habit more than anything i think, but then 20 fags will last me 3 days, and all the damage i done to myself is sposed to kill me before the smoking will anyway! lol
