And other junk I don't like to talk about!
The key factors are........
Racing every 2 weeks.
At least 4 cars per team [nascar have over 10 per team]
Halved car build costs.
Ford and Holden have a small % of car sales in OZ now.
Extremely similar cars built the same. [Most cars now are built by about 2 builders]
I havent seen much about the engine !
Who cares. When is the V8 Lexus joining in??
I care Roger. The whole Ford versus Holden thing (not that they really ever have been Fords and Holdens in the strict sense) is tiresome, childish and boring. They need more manufacturers or at least do as Nascar do and paint them up as different makes. Many disagree with me (especially that Cochrane bloke)......

I doubt whether you would get many fans [me] to watch Toyotas' race around, so yeah I don't care.
Why do they need [more] manufacturers ?
As long as the grid is full, I don't get it.
you should go to more races, its a huge spectacle.
Incidentally, they have not addressed to engine [costs] as yet.
Current ly a 2 car team will have 7 engines. 2 in cars 2 in trucks 2 in rebuild and 1 on dyno and many more parts.
A huge chunk of dough.
