just a NOTE, for those of you in the now, im not using the ARB clamps supplied, as it bolts directly to the compression strut fixings. on TCA
Well, you've machined all the adjuster holes off for starters. Then redrilled just 3 closer to the centre.
Not sure I can see anymore without thinking about it too much.
yea cause they are concentric mounts the outer holes were to fit mk2 escort, and therefore were to wide apart to match up to fiesta tops, so machine um off and redrill and tap to suit fiesta centres, dont need the adjustment there as i can adjust it on compression struts and blade type antiroll bar to suit.
Nice progress, and that’s a tidy looking strip brace too.
Need to see an update on this!
that motor is looking very

Looks like they did a nice job on the anodising. Dumb question, but do you get little silver bits remaining where the parts were held onto the stand?
very nice
Liking the anodising, need to get a hold of them as would be happier if my door handles were anodised rather painted
I'd be wary of doing that as anodising generally doesn't play well with cast metals, leaving a 'blotchy' appearance. Also it can't cover flaws in the metal, so every casting mark, crater or scratch will show through!
A decent powder coated finish would be a far better choice IMO!
