TYRES. 215/50r13 witch brand ? (kumho,bridgestone,dunlop,...)

i need 215/50r13 yres for my fast road mk2, R13 8j minilite wheels. I dont need semi-slick tyres or something, and my guestion is: do they make 215/50r13 road tyers ??
ive did some rescearh on the web and found these:
Bridgestone sports tourer MY-01

Dunlop SP SPORT LM703

Sumitomo htr200

Does anyone seen these tyres or has pictures of these on 8j wheels ?
I cant seem to get a hold of these tyres in belgium ?

Khumo do a 215/50 x13 & a 235/45x13 which I have on my minilights.

Does the car ride verry hard with these kumho's in comparison with "normal" road going tyres ?
