HI thanks for the answer. Here is a copy of that!
HI thanks for the answer. Here is a copy of that!
You mean only the maps ? and how can I open them via tunerpro then ?
Hi Panoscos
This is the file you send, the MAP-Part are decoded, so you can use the file in Tunerpro, but if you burn a Eprom with the decoded file it will NOT WORK.
The program are coded with a other algo, I will not use the time to find out, the map-part are the most interesting.

Thank you very much for your help!!!
Maybe lighting an old thread but any chance if i read my pectel chip u can decode it pls
Im looking to program another chip an dich the pectel board
Hi Dandorst
I Can Decode the Map-part so you can use the the mapīs in a other chip Without the Pectel protection board, or you can make thanges.
I thing we need some more to help with the decoding of the Pectel program.
The coding of the map's are the same for all Pectel chips, but program are more difficult.

Hi
I have worked on a other coding mode from Grautec ( Germany Company, copy protection board ).
I have olso made a program for decoding this one.
Send a copy of the Bin-file I will decode the whole chip , so you can use is without copy protection board.
If you want to fing out how is works, use a mulimeter , find the data bins, and find out how the are twisted pin 1 = 4 , 4 = ? , ? = ? . !!!!!!!
Make a program who makes the file right about data-pin twisted.
Now you can start looking for the right adress for the data .
Adress 1,4,8,32,128,512 are used for the right adess to bee added or xor , find the adress you read from . eks adress $0 = 512 + 32 = 544. That means you
have to go to adress $544 ( when you use a hex editor you have to transate to HEX) i the coded bin file ,to get the right data for Adress $0 in the org bin file.
It is a combination or how you use And,Or,XOR for 1,4,8,32,128,512 together with the org adress.
You need to have a org.bin file to compare the right adress.
You only have to decode from adress $0 to 1023 to solve the chip. Than you start all over again .
It can be done.
What I now, there are 3 version of coding formula.
Used by a known Tuner.
Now I am working on the EVC copy protection board ( the data ben swap are the same as Grautec, but the adress are diff.)

Is it possible to decode a grautec encrypted file?
Hi
I have made a program for decode Grautec encrypted chip.
there are 3 version's of what I have found out.
Read the Eprom without the protection board , I will tray to decode , and send it back.

Hi
Send a copy of the Eprom

Hi
This is a Superchip for Escort Cosworth P8 ECU.
The protection board are for Turbo eproms ( coding are diff for nasp chip's ).
I thing you can use chip without protection board.
Regards
Kim Bonde
Wow...very interesting.
Why you think is this from Superchip?
And i have think, this is a encryption board.
What does this "Protection board"?
Hi
Look inside the chip at some of the first adresses $0060
You se some letters in wrong order if you move the order you will find out.
It says Superchip Escort
I thing the protection board is not in use, because some off ecu have problem , when turn Ign on the ecu will not work, you have to turn Ign on again.
The protection board are slowing the program in the chip. ( not sure about that ).

hi, coud someone, tell me what .XDF file should use with Tunerpro to see data from escorth cosworth p8 chip (chip work with 3 bar map)? please
I use this .xdf but tunerpro values don't seem correct
P8_research_ver2.0.xdf
hi, could someone decode this? please
Hi Runner
Here are the map's decoded (only the map part )
You can copy them into a org bin file and open in tuner Pro.

did not see your reply until now.
Thanks KIM BONDE!!!
Hi there,
Are you still active?
I've would really appreciate your help whit 2 Secured Files.. Evc/grautec
Very best regards
Martin
Hi
I am active.
Tell me more about the files you want to be decoded.
Send the eprom files read without the protection board.
