Help needed. Fitting an electric fuel pump.

The car is a Mk2 Escort with a Cosworth N/A.
    Runniing Weber DCOE's.
Its currently running a mechanical pump which I think is on its limit. Engine is around 185hp.
I plan on fitting an Electric fuel pump.
    A few questions:

Could I fit it under the car below the standard tank?
I ssume I will need a pressure regulator?
Can it be fitted next to the pump?
Do I need a return line to tank?
Obviously need a filter, can that be under car?
Could I use my existing fuel line if Press reg is under car by tank?

    Finally, what pump is best?

    in order of question
    yes
    its recomended
    yes
    no
    yes
    yes

i would use a red top facet, but only a genuine one, the cheap golds ones that look the same but do not have a label around the body dont seem to last
