pointless question without knowing the rest of the details, such as at least the carb and choke size,

Ok, 48 webers with 42mm chokes. High lift cam as apposed to high duration. All power has been made by 7k rpm.

So what would be a good first choice to start off on at a rolling road. I want to make sure I have a set ready.

i dont get it, the point of a rolling road is to get the jetting correct so why not just take it to the rollers and find out if it needs something different to what you have, and if they dont have suitable jets the chances are they are not going to be great at getting it right for you

42mm chokes with a not-high duration cam might be a little too much.
But to answer your question, start with an F11 tube.

I've already taken it one rolling road who were supposed to be good with webers but they just set the AFR to run ok on the standard f7 tubes that the carbs come fitted with. So I'm going back to a rolling road who I have used previously but just want to make sure I have a tube (or make sure they have a tube) that is going to be a good starting point.
