What car, what tank and what are you using the car for?

Re: fuel help
in my experience the foam doesnt actually do much on a full on competition car with good grip.
with fuel injection you are more likelyto need a swirl pot than with carbs because the moment the fuel pickup in the thank doesnt pick up fuel the pressure drops and staves the injectors of fuel but carbs have float bowls which store a little fuel

Re: fuel help
Do you still need a lift pump if you're fitting a shaped ally tank in the boot of an escort and swirl pot next to it so that the outlets of the tank are near enough level with the inlets of the swirl pot?
