Valve springs/

Will a head set up with valve springs for an A8 cam be ok with the same springs and a 244 cam in a x/flow

I was worried because although the 244 is milder I think it has a higher lift than the A8 and I noticed that Burtons list the springs with different part numbers

theres not that much lift difference between them but an A8 should rev a lot harder so i would expect it to need "more" valve spring pressure, the only way to be sure though is to build it and check the valve springs dot go coil bound
