can anybody tell me what kind of manifold this is:
it has the Ford logo embossed on top face of manifold flange.
its for a pinto
bores are 37,5mm
quite unusual carburator fixing stud pattern 85mm x 52mm
IDF´s are different , 38DGAS are different, so what´s the type of carbs with such a fixing pattern?
thats not a pinto manifold! for a start the inlet ports are totally the wrong shape!
the carb stud arrangement looks like its for dcnf carbs, which means it would of been on a transverse engine.
ford used to do under the rs banner twin carb setups for fiesta valencia engines its most likely for one of them and has the right shape ports
thanx for these infos...yep you are right...i didnt thought about the valencia engine...with square inlets "pinto" automatically came-up my mind....
so would it fit to a crossflow engine..i mean from the inlet flange stud pattern?

have investigated about fitting it to a x-flow: nope it does not match.
Do you know the port spacing for the inlet to head flange, please ?
CVH manifold for twin DCNF's.
nope not cvh port shapes wrong, its a valencia manifold
