those ports look massive for some reason but your getting great results from it , have you thought about valve shape? remember vizard got better lift everywhere on his penny on a stick type valve shape over the standard group 1 valve shapes.

Is it worth using the non-injection head? Talking about a pinto with 150/160 bhp. Will it just need more work to get the figures up?
Managed to bring my carbs to site with me and was going to rebuild them and check the manifold with the gasket before I get back to the head work.
Looking at the inlet, it's been port matched to the original head, but I am unsure if there is enough material to allow for the different port shape on the injection head? Do you modify the inet the match the teardrop shap or leave it as is?
Do they make twin weber inlets for injection heads or are they all the same casting?
they are all the same casting, ignore the teardrop shape of the port it wil have no effect trying to match the manifold to it
