    Type E (Rocket) - neutral

    Hi everyone… in Type E (Rocket) what makes the shift lever center in the neutral position?

    Is there any kind of spring that keeps the shift lever centred?

    no springs, its the syncro hubs and selectors in the box that do that

    Yeah - never noticed any sort of 'centering', lever just sort of sits between the 4/5 slots!
