What would a set of DCNF`s sell for in the UK.

I have a refurbished kit for a V6 Essex that came out in the Ford Cortina Interceptor in South Africa.

hard to say, those are very rare, but there isnt a great demand for Essex V6 stuff, plus weber have reproduced the kit, all be it with 40mm carbs so that wil hurt the value of yours, plus they are the other side of the world, so id hazard a guess at £2000

Will also depend wat inlet manifold in come with. Some are higher as others and don't fit under the bonnet. Plus, rebuild, did they received a new gasket set or are they rebuild?? there is a serious difference in the word "rebuild".

And indeed, there is a re production, Burton sells the manifold and carbs can be found new form dealers. So, the price will be somewhere between zero and the price of a new set.

BTW, DCNF always looks great on a V6.

Will be very difficult to sell a new carb kit for an Essex at this price. But ok, you never know. 2000 for a correct rebuild set may indeed sound like correct.
