Injector sizing, ECU etc Cosworth N/A

    Hi guys,
Google is giving me conflicting views.
I have a YB N/A currently running on 45's. It runs OK but planning upgrading to Individual DCOE type throttle bodies.

    Engine spec is:
    Ported head with bigger inlets.
    Forged N/A Wosners.
    Steel rods.
    10.4:1 CR
    Newman N/A cams PH 2/3 (288/410)

Any idea what injectors I will need? Size etc? is there a simple rule of thumb?
Has anybody used the cheepo Ebay Throttle bodies, are they anygood or should I go for Omex or Jenvey? The cheep ones are tempting
Currently fitting up swirl pot etc.
    How about an ECU?
I have a lambda boss already fitted and have been told modern ECU's self tune using the sensor and dont need rolling road is this so or BS?
    Any advice most welcome.

naturally aspirated something around 300cc/min will do injector wise.

a throttle body is pretty simple compared to a carb, so i see no reason not to try a cheap set.

self learing is possible given a wideband AFR, but you still need a map somewhere near and you cant self learn ignition, so yes you do really need a rolling road

    Thanks Graham,
Ignition is currently on a dizzy modified by Bestek.
I was going to leave that as is until the TB's are all done as I didnt want to amplify and teething issues.
    Bad move?
