Another short race for me ,managed to qualify in 4th out of 32 in a damp session ,had a good first lap or so and even managed to take the lead for a nano second then lost out to turbo power ,then had a driveshaft problem ,looking back on the video i took a fair bit of curb which i think caused the problem ,it was a real shame as the car was epic.

Oh yeah I don't want to go down that line but I do want to get the car a lot better first as it is basically standard in terms of handling at the mo gonna develop it a bit over the winter

Yes mate ,i have never driven the car on wets ,didnt realise i was going aswell as i was i think i made 15 places in a couple of laps got a bit of clear air and went into paddock way too fast straight into the gravel .Im on first name terms with the recovery lot at Brands
Lol, thats never a good thing. Sounds like you were flying mate. Paddock was very slippery, i thought i was going in a couple of times.
I did see you have a bit of a sideways moment at paddock ,were you on slicks ?
I may as well have been! They were some old and hard wets that are fit for the bin i think.
Well you still managed some good lap times on old wets ,my best was a 107 seven seconds slower than the leaders

No havent got any more races planned it is due a freshen up and then i will wait to see what next year brings class wise as i believe i might be getting moved up a class again so will think about another series if funds allow.

Im done for this year as well. I was only ever doing Rockingham and brands this year just to feel my way in.
I can cope on short circuits that i know but not on the longer circuits ,not sure on who to race with i will have a look round and see whats about ,might even see about the intermarques ,i feel trying to stay with you lot would bring my driving and racecraft on a bit
Theres lots of series about but the barc appealed to me as its mostly in the south east so not too much travelling. Seems to be very well run as well.
Would be good to see you out with us, a mate of mine was out in a starlet i built at the weekend and he had a great time.
I did wonder if that was your old starlet it looked spot on ,my mate had a look around it and said it was nice .That was the appeal for me with the qmn as it was all south east based ,i will see what they do class wise and see how funds are before i do anything
