Engine finished will the map that was used with the previous engine be good enough to get new engine running bearing in mind same throttle bodies although most likely a injector change

it all comes down to how much fuel is coming out of the injectors, so the ratio of fuel pressure to injector flow is the most critical bit.
If there is not a massive difference it should start

i'd expect it to start, ive started engines on maps for massively different set ups, might not run well but it should run

Can a map from similar spec engine be used or maybe that's not possible
