    Bodywork polish

At long last got the mk2 painted, it's by no means a show car and ill prob hit it first time out, finished in 2k clear over frozen white
Lad who painted it says it needs a good buff up an to save money I'm taking on the job
Any suggestions on how to go about a final finish?

Flat back using 1500_ 2000 wet n dry
Mop with frecela g3 or similar, then polish ( I used mer ) . If its a good finish to start, you can skip the flatting.

2k gets harder and harder with time, the sooner you do it the easier it will be,

you can get a cutting / polishing mop for £40 (toolstation ?)which is money well spent. you will be amazed at the way 2k comes up after a cut n polish, shines like you expected.
