Noise from relese bearing

I think My Type nines bearing is rattling when in neutral, stops when i depress clutch. Can i do anything as a temporary fix untill i have time to change it?

change the oil, but dont expect much difference unless its got atf or something else really thin in it

release bearing or gearbox bearing? changing the oil wont stop the release bearing chattering.

Can't help with the release bearing unless you can reach in through the bellhousing to "tweak" the clip that holds the bearing to the arm in case that's the issue. If it's the bearing race then you need to replace it
