image.jpg have spent some time fully stripping the front shocks and rebuilding them with some new parts. So after they looked like thisimage.jpg

Also decided to change front solid discs to vented discs so had to space the calipers out, was going to fit wilwoods but decided It wasn't financially viable for what I needed. image.jpg

found out you can't fit the vented discs in conjunction with the original backplanes as they hit, they now look pretty sharp if I do say so myself thoimage.jpg

Cars now having the inner wings chopped off ready to be replaced with some magnum panels I boughtimage.jpg

Ahh thanks guys and engine spec is, 2.0 block not 205 stamped. Bored to take bigger pistons think they're stamped +20. Crank was re graund and rebuilt with new shims and everything, using victor reins head bolts. Full new gasket and seal kit off eBay which I bought the most expensive one as didnt want cheap stuff. Head was skimmed, had new valve guides and seats put in aswell as having it all ported and polished etc. kept standard valve size but had 3rd angle machined into new valves. Then have a fast road cam from kent which came with new spray bar and better valve springs. have also got some zx9 bike carbs and rs2000 exhaust. On another post I made the average expected hp should be around 135-140 bhp according to people in the know

Got some help from a buddy to start grinding all the shit off the bulkhead aswell.image.jpg

Finally filled Some welds in I ground on the bulkhead and gave it a prime so I could see what still needs doing. Also started on the bubble. It's been off to check for rust but didnt get any pictures as I was busy trying to get my car on the end of the road by the end of December.image.jpg

No help whatsoever. Anyway it's all on now and we have almost finished theseimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg. Just started to grind all the welds down on the inner wings to the chassis legs. And towards the front. My dads also finished the floor on the drivers side

Making good progress! Not got a spot welding kit ourselves, so it's interesting to see how neat it can make things!

Be interested to see how you get on with the bike carbs when you get around to it - Got a set of R1 carbs on a Bogg Bros pinto manifold that we never got around to fitting properly on our kit car - my old man is wanting them to put in his Anglebox now :-)

Are you going to run a dizzy or go with some form of electronic ignition in conjuction with the bike carbs?

So as you all probably know rubbing down is shit and I didn't think you would appreciate 1000's of photos of that.....so I've skipped on a bit. All the front end is now on and bonet is 95% logned up.
