SBD/BTB ultmate vauxhall rwd exhaust manifold

Evening all,
SBD/BTB ultimate exhaust manifold for a C20XE engine RWD.
This is supposed to be one the best manifolds on the market, rarely for sale secondhand but due to me changing my mind again I have one for sale!
I paid £260 for this a couple of months ago then had it chemically cleaned inside and out at a cost of £20.



Once again rarely for sale secondhand as you cant buy anything better, £260 posted ono

Its manufacturd by BTB exhausts not sbd , BTB logo is lazer cut out in the plate which bolts on the head

no one ever said it was manufactured by SBD. its no secret that SBD manifolds are made by BTB, BTB make lots of manifolds for other compaines who market them as "their" own

development time! it takes a lot of time and effort to develop a manifold which works really well and fits properly. that time has to be paid for somewhere, you then have it make by a quality manufacturer, it all adds up.

the other side of the coin, is an ashley, which works ok and fits ok ish and will last for a couple of years, but they are cheap, and everyone moans about them!

Hi everyone,
SBD no longer sell manifolds, if you look on there website they recommend that you buy from BTB who used to make there manifolds, the manifold is made by BTB to SBD's spec.
This is widely regarded as the best manifold avaliable, if you sit this next to a Ashley there is no comparison! I would rather have this (secondhand) than a new Ashley, yep you can pick up a secondhand Ashley for around £100 but that's probably because they have realised there not very good and have probably put something like this on!

Note to whoever bought the manifold....
I have the SBD/BTB manifold on my engine.
You will need to scallop out the crossmember to get it to fit.(I can send some phots of mine if needed)
You MAY also have some fun and games with the exhaust clearing the gearbox mounting.
Other than that, great bit of kit, Dino wise my engine made 207 @rear wheels.
Engine is quite high spec though��
