    Hi,

11.6 CR is too high I think.
As a start I suggest 150 mains 170 airs, F11 tubes, and 50F6 idles if the carbs are the newer type or 50F9 is they are the older ones.

ah right, I have v similar, 11.6 cr, 244, bvh, dizzy, and only on 40's engine seems real sweet and is 145bhp and 129 ftlb , I don't think id lower my cr on a rebuild, well I do use accralites and Sunoco mixed fuel, so engine able for that cr, but did interest me ye thought too high for cam etc, mine is rally engine tho

with 45's your engine wont breath quite as well, added in your using quality fuel, so your wont be as near the "edge"
