Heres a couple of pics of my mate jasons car at my work having engine bay repainted after fitting big transmission tunnel and chassis mounted engine mounts. The wheels are 10x16 with 245/35/16 tyres. It will have a mad cossie lump going in it and 6 speed sequential box also!

Hi mate,its a made up orange,my work have just matched up the colour to paint the engine bay.

Yeah he had gartrac make the arch lips smaller instead of the big arch lip that usually come with the arches. Its normally lower than how it is in the pics too.

Well its all painted now and i dropped it off to my mate today on the flat bed truck. I couldnt believe the amount of looks you get with the car on the back. Especially when i went past fords at dagenham,all the sales blokes were outside pointing lol

Kev thats some pretty serious front suspension mods, what sort of anti-roll is he using? Are the cut outs in the front wings for the intercooler?

He isnt using an anti roll bar,just compression struts with Leda 2 1/2 coilovers with remote gas canistors. The cut outs are for the rs500 intercooler and rad.

Yup, very impressive, well done that man. Theres something a bit saucy about those Quaife clickly boxes - have you ever used one? Can't say i like them from a "stage time" point of view, yet, (they take a couple of seasons to get used to apparently) but B Jesus can you change gear quick... The one i tried had a 1:1 6th gear - in other words 6 gears in the space Ford had only 4. Dog engagement too - no clutch!

Anyway, very nice car by the way, please please please can i see some proper size photos!!??

Yes thats the jason mate,i know lloyd too,hes tinted a few windows for me in the past,when he used to be next door to jasons garage.
