Grooves in camshafts

I have these grooves on my camshafts, not on the lobes though.

they are hard to see but they are actually enough to wear your fingernial away if you were to keep rubbing it with your fingernail.
How bad are these exactly?

very poor pictures, but polish them up with wet and dry and they should be ok

Very poor phone sorry. what would you use to polish them? hats something i would need a machine shop for right? they have the big polishing machines

use 600 grit wet and dry paper lubricated with engine oil and do it by hand

Im taking my cylinder head to a machine shop and having them look at it. but that this should be no big deal for them then right?
