Duratech 2 litre on 45 DHLA Dellortos

Hello All ,
Just joined this great web group , I have to sort out an installation of a 2 litre Duratech into a freinds MK1 escort .
The engine is a standard spec internals from a Mazda fwd . He has purchased all the components for rwd conversion .
It will be fitted with a Jenvey inlet (MF07) and a set of overhauled Dellorto DHLA 45 carburettors (originally fitted to a Pinto ), mappable coil on plug igniton and a locally fabricated extractor exhaust.
I believe will be looking for around 160-165 Bhp
It will be used for fast road and the odd track day event

Can anyone please advise carburettor choke sizes , jetting , e tubes please for intital setup please ?

just bolt em on, the pinto setting will be good enough to get it running
