BP285 is a good all round choice for your needs, RL31 is the most cam you can use with cast pistons and 10.5 to 1, but it would be a bit ott for the road, BP285 has way less overlap and will perform much better for fast road, FR30 would be best for fuel economy and low end torque, with a big valve injection head, 10 to 1, 4-2-1 manifold, decent system, 45's with 36mm chokes etc you could get around 150bhp if all is working really well, would be nice and torque from low rpm's but it won't like to rev out much at the top end

RL31 is better for competition and works well with 10.5 to 1, but not so nice for fast road, BP285 is middle of the road with more overlap than FR30 and much less than RL31

Depends on how much you will be using it for mild road, fast road or track days, you can't really go wrong with BP285 for all round fast road and 10.5 to 1
