    MK1 for track and road

Hi there. My name is Alexander Demin. I am the owner of the Moscow Cosworth club (YB). i have several escort cosworth cars including race car and rally-cross. but I have absolutely no experience with esort MK1 bodies. Unfortunately my English is poor enough to fully immerse myself in the search for information in the forum. I bought a living escort MK1 body and I want to make a good project for track days with the ability to drive around the city. I plan to introduce a 350hp YB turbo engine for fun and because I just have them. I bought Buble arches and an extended tunnel. And now the main question. What suspension to put and how to calculate the stiffness of the springs? I found information about strengthening the rear axle. I found front legs and rear racks on the Burton. Can you suggest options Will they fit ok? Or can you recommend something. Do I need to strengthen the rear «glasses» for coilovers?(glasses we called place were shock stay). If yes, so how. Maybe there are ready-made kits for welding? Maybe you can send a link with project like that. I will be very grateful.
