"Keep her stoked"
It's the time of year when we are busy spreading straw in our strawberry rows. This year with the weather we have had it has been too wet a lot of the time, so when we get a week like we have just had we are flat out at it. We have a machine that pulls the bales apart so all we have to do is stand on the back and keep it loaded with bales. We cart the bales on a 4 wheel trailer, the sort with a turntable on the front. It is a very nice trailer as far as trailers go and has served us well. Can't... -

Re: 1977 Mk2 Zakspeed Escort. Rebuilding my pride and joy.
On to the centre sections. New metal on to new metal. Nice ! I welded extra plates in where the jacking point is to increase its strength, hopefully to stop it becoming dented when on stands or jacking. I over laid the new sections against the originals to check alignment, and marked them for drilling the plug weld holes. Again insides where painted with the gloss black. I marked where the originals where and removed them. Due to the replacement floor it was just a matter of un-bolting th...

US, CANADA, Da Islands man and South America
I would like to suggest a section called "US Canada Da Islands man and South America" be included
Reason is simple: Buy Sell, swap, shipping and share information events and local supply of resources in these cars with people close(r) to the Left side of the Globe
Please discuss and consider
Thanks
James

by ZakspakBreak pedal box back on the bench for fitting the break light switch and setting the pedals up.
I stripped the switch and cleaned it, then cut down the threaded section and the switch plunger.
The pedals have been cleaned and the little surface rust removed and freshen up with a coat of gloss black
The white line is a datum for the neutral position
Output pipes fitted using copper sealing washers before fitting
