These have been made in Taiwan of all places. Old mate has just been to the UK and Ireland trying to sell these. He even took the 2 Taiwanese manufacturers with him.

if my sums are correct the ozzie tiawaneeze copy wing is £360 each plus shipping and then the vat man may want a nice chat.

i think its way too dear for a copy panel from that part of the world even though they will be making them in small volumes etc and thats not knowing what shippings going to be,it could be £100 a pair it could be £200..

the impression i'm getting is theres Tiawaneeze Ozzie ones available and the fella from the Emerald Isle's Chineeze ones that Hadrian are gonna start flogging.
also there will be people who deal with hadrians getting them with trade discount hoping to flog them on via ebay.

So it seems that 2 different lots of panels will be available from 2 different places neither of which are connected ,i would like GP4 to clarify as he's good like that.................................................

For my two bobs worth, Old Sckool Racer has put a lot of time, money and effort into getting these wings made correctly for you guys over there so me personally I feel you should be supporting his product. He is a genuine escort man with a good product at a good price. This guy over here is only interested in making money as you can see from the prices and the escort is simply another tool to use for do that and not through a genuine passion for the car.

You are so right, we have waited so long for these panels and old School Racer has put a lot of time and effort into getting these made for us, why can you not wait another couple of weeks and you get a good quality panel at a decent price

I think that old school racer has been pretty determined to produce a wing at a reasonable price even though at the time bad wings on ebay were making huge money. I don't thing that he will be influenced by the price coming from Australia.

A couple of things puzzle me!
1,Why are the new panels different prices for standard or Twin cam/RS type?
2,Most standard wings will be bubble arched I would expect so couldn't a bubble arched wing have been done?
Am I missing something?

twin cam/mex wings require more work and extra pressing tools to produce which is why they are dearer.

the market for std wings is likely to be much much bigger than the one for bubbles, its only really the rally boys or very heavily modded cars which will want bubbles so i cant imagine it was worth tooling up to make them, i also wonder whether you could even produce bubble arched wing from a single piece of steel
