to weld or not to weld

hi i am new to tubosport got my self a mk1 escort with a little bit of welding to be done (i wish it was a bit ) been in the garage today welding a patch on the bulk head finished welding then grinded back welds and noticed a few pinhead holes in the weld. DO i put a spot of weld over it or would they be filled in with a bit of filler they ar tiny please help cheers
