it would of had to run for a fair while with low oil pressure to cause that much wear,
it still might not be enough wear to make pressure really low though, that said im not convinced your oil pressure is that low 15-20 psi idle is fine on hot oil.
to answer your earlier question yes mains do wear, although its usually the big end that wears most
