Usually photos are very forgiving and what looks good in a photo is often not so nice in the flesh - but with all the light and reflections in your bodywork these photos have gone from being flattering to highly critical - and your car comes out with flying colours!
Steve thats one of the sweetest original lookin' Maganta Saffs I've seen posts of (not Nouveau Red is it?) they do look similar. Whichever it is, it's mint mate. How many miles on her?
Manxlad - It is Magenta, I have had the car just under 4 yrs, 3rd owner with 88k on it, all the usual service history and MOT's from new and reciepts that would choke a horse, so to speak
Hardly use it at all, done just over 1500 miles in it last year, as it's really a 2nd car, but it does put a smile on my face when I do get it out for a spin.........
Magenta. My favourite colour on a Sapphire. Kudos on the picture taking...keeping photographer reflection to a minimum, on a car as shiny as that deserves credit.
This is so true about photos, just bought our 3rd cossie by looking at photo on Scoobynet. Went to look at it, opened bonnet, looked gorgeous, one of those heart overpowering mind things! Got back home, after it overheated! Also found that every panel was dented, it never looked that bad when we first checked it , or maybe I'm blind.
P155ED - Know what u mean buddy, have done that myself in the past, think u just seem to get caught up in the moment, and when u get home with the new toy and wonder how did I miss that bit...... . I always seem to notice more things if it's not me that's buying
