Hiya lads (and ladies) This is my car its a 1974 Mk1 Escort Sport In Daytona Yellow. It has 13x60x185 Minilite replica Alloys on. Rear rollcage, Sierra 5 Speed Box, Spax Adjustables on the Rear and the usual 2.8i Capri Setup on the front. 4-2-1 Manifold with a janspeed backbox. RS2000 seats, K&N airfilter, RS2000 top. Recon Engine with 42 miles under its belt - Now im skint

and whats the plug for in the boot for ? is that to plug it in for a recharge hehehehe

Yeah it did have square headlights, but I dont think they look too hot. The plug came with the car i think

That car actually used to be mine ! Glad to see it went to a good home, I only sold it in October to the same bloke who I bought it off previously, it's a great car and I was sad to see it go.

Its been a sh!t to me, got it home from cardiff and the engine went. Got a new one fitted and somone has spaced the clutch out wrong so it slips now. Who fitted the fake wooden dash to it mate?

Really ? Are you serious ? If you are then I'm sorry to hear that. When I first saw the car it needed a respray and a few cosmetic touches and it already had the engine and 5 speed box. I had it sprayed and lowered and had the RS seats etc etc (I have pictures before and after if you want them ?). I wanted it as its an original Sport and I had been looking for a solid one for a while with no joy and then this turns up. Previous owner was going to turn it into a ralley car and strippe dthe inside out and started to paint it white ! The wooden dash was there when I bought it, but the 6 dial dash wooden effect top part can be removed and it has the original wooden dash underneath. If its your first car then I think it is a good one as the shell is very solid and I only sold it due to relationship break-up and the fact that I lost the garage that came with her (so to speak !) - if you need more info on the car let me know. Cheers - and actually the Sport model only ever came with round headlights
