                      30000mies from new ,spent most of it s life in japan due to the owner before me deals in japanese bikes .he wanted his cossie over there to drive about in when he was there .it went to japan in 1990 a year old then and came back to this country in2003november.ive had it since ,but today on the way home my fuse box started to smoke .im rearly fooooooooooooked of .i could either get out and watch it go up in smoke or suffer with the smoke and get it home and use the hose quick time.well put it out and my fuse box is melted to foook .im wondering if the wireing loom is fooked i love that car so much but now want ride of it .so wants it has had a new fuse box and wireing loom its up for sale

                                  Thats such bad news for such a nice motor. Feel for ya mate . Takes me back to last August when I melted a piston, cost me so much that I'd never get rid of her now and it's no where near as clean as yours looks.

                                      cheers billy but im gonna sell it once its fixed .the escort went into the jet wash not rollers lads,dont worry im not that bad .proberly would of took the rear spoiler off aswell as the paint lol if went through the rollers .escort has been sold ages ago and that was nothing but trouble that car
