lol, it was a v5 at one point. engine was misfiring like a slag, and yeah, anyone can join the broken engines club, its great. ive killed a 1700 x-flow, and a 1100 CVH so far. GAME ON!

ive killed loads, but only properly killed one by accident, put a conrod right through the side of the block and out through the inner wing on a 1500TC dolomite while slipstreaming a mate at over 110mph on the way to southend! them 3 bearing cranks dont like being over revved.

More like the barsteward son of the crossflow. I'm impressed you managed to kill one though because I had my 1.1 fiesta off the clock at several points on the way to birmingham. 4 speed gearbox so god knows what the revs were. Was still going strong until I sold it to my friend

I was racing my mate in his 1300 sr, and not sure abouts the revs, but as i changed into 4th, it exploded and died. The grudgen pin snapped off the piston. lol
