they go on no probs i had 7"revs on my mk1 with 175/50/13 they do look the nuts a 175/50 is a must on a 7" rim

Ratters,they went on fine-thought they might look a bit stretched but they seem ok,(check the pic in attachment)i still had to grind about 5-6mm of the arch lip to get clearance and was in a panic when i trial fitted the new rims as the tyres rested on the arch
i used to have 185/55/13s on another mk1 but that had a baby atlas axle.My wheels are supposed to have the standard mk1 offset so you could always order a different offset if you want to run 185s,i quite like the look of the 175/50s tho

Sorry escynutter-took so long to type my question you already answered it!! Hey BIG_BOY_BAZ,that pic isnt of a green mex UPX 85N is it?

It might be. Barry owns UPX as ricky (rs3dr) knows him pretty well .And my dad painted his lemans track car aswell .

Cheers rs3dr/boXXer when he mentioned narrow atlas & i saw the attachment with the 185/55 pirellis i thought it had to be UPX !!
I sold it to Barry and was chuffed to see it at this years classic ford show-had a good look through the photo album with it,some serious money must have gone into that car & it looks gorgeous
