    Ferrari F50

I took this at the Hanyes Motor Museum at Sparkford near Yeovil. The local Ferrari owners were giving rides for charity.

I wouldn't normally pay this much attention to a Ferrari but this one was rather nice, and I needed a diversion as the clutch release bearing on my car had just collapsed and I had to drive to Salisbury with virtually no clutch.

There were some very interesting cars in the museum, one of which will form the basis of a short quizz.

Still haven't got to the bottom of the pictures being corrupted at upload - sorry

Does ANYONE have any idea where this picture fault is coming from ?. If I send it as an e mail attachment it works fine, but uploaded it looks like this

Which one do you want and how big, file size, dpi etc.

Have Photoshop and broadband connection so you can have a full 28MB scan if you like

One of the best cars ever built! About the only thing I'd take over a GT40...

                    Re: Ferrari F50

ooh thats a nice ferrari. i think it is a 250 GTO.
i have a few pictures from the recent FOC meet at Cottesbrooke Hall. My girlfriends dad is secretary for the Ferrari owners club (or something like that) and he invited us along. Me and my mate turn up in a 405td (borrowed!) and a lorry comes in behind us. They unload it, and hey presto! 2 x 250 LM's, 2 x 250 GTO's, and a super old one, worth about half a mill apparently. my jaw was just on the floor all day. how does 400+ ferraris from all ages grab you? 2 F50's, 6 F40's, and endless others (i shit you not). oh, and 7 porker 911 turbo's in the car park, next to a Diablo SV, and then the aforementioned 405td. hahaha, we hung our heds in shame! there were endless exotics aswell: audi S3, Skylines, 22B's, Cossies (my fave by far!) and maseratis galore. Car feast! and the track day is coming up too!!! that was just a concours show!!!!!!!
                    Cheers,
                    Steve
