              Forgive my ignorance - but can someone tell me about this car. I know
              a) It's rare
              b) It's georgeous
              but that's about it. What is the story behind them and the stats?

                  Ford offer a range of product that could be bought in addition to the std car, this option list was call Serise X.

                  on the RS2000 you had the

                  Xpack body kit
                  Group one engine
                  Group 1 suspension setup
                  diffrent bonnet catches
                  longer range fuel tank
                  7.5 rs wheels
                  etc..

                  all these items could be bought one there own & fitted yourself or fitted by the dealer.

                  Serise X list inclued kit for fiesta, escort, escort mk2, rs2000, cortina.

                                  Yeah I have taken in everyones comments and DDA is staying in Gp1 spec.
                                  Mind you at the minute I still have the 45's fitted. I noticed a set of IDF's for sale this week??

                                  Nah, sod it why spend good cash on something not needed..!

                                      get the IDA's there are a few other items you need as well, give me a shout if you do it. There is an item off a escort cossie you will need if you go the grp1 carb route
