The picture has to be a .jpg or a .gif to upload them and they have to be smaller than 100k....But then I might be wrong Im sure one the guys will help when they come on later

I just saved your pic on paint shop pro and changed it from a BMP file to a .GIF Fasterfords or Slim would be the people to explain how to do it
