    4x4 Mk1 Escort


    Found this picture of a car that was mentioned on here a while ago but I can't find the thread now.

    This was the car where they placed a MK1 shell ontop of a Sieraa 4x4 floorpan and running gear. If you look carefully you can make out the Sierra front turrrets

                  I remember a CCC where a guy had done the same with a white escort van. It was trez cool.

                  I always think the wide track looks a bit wrong in cars like this one. No doubt it's a lovely job though

                          i remember seeing this at a show years ago, was very good, the person/persons that done the conversion have made an excellent job. The fact it was modena green helped ( one of my favourite colours on a mk1).
