bought the car from macclesfield a few months back maybe you seen it there?
date of registation was 17/12 1985 made a nice xmas present
Mine was bought on june 16th 1986. And it too has been looked after ( till i got it), now its more track day car than road car, gone are the original seats, and seat belts. Now it has Imola 2 seats,Luke 6 point harnesses and Safety devices Roll cage. And dumped the Standard S1 rims for the Ultr rare 8 spoke Grp A speedline alloys that graced the works S1's
Carefull how far you take the engine mods thats how i started, first it was a standard re-build, then bigger brakes, then more power, then bigger intercooler, then more power, then an even bigger intercooler and more fuel, then more power andthen the Biggest mistake i made was doing a couple of track days in it hence why now its becoming more an out and out racer than a fast road car.
Scott what have you changed since i last see it ??
He washed it
Nice car Carl......if you want to see mine look in the restorations section at the topic with my name on......cant remember the name and i cant be arsed to go and look
