lol!! Nah id like a 1275 MG metro engine (72bhp) to speed it up a bit, then a few choice bits to ease it up to maybe 85bhp. I'm hoping to get some saff cossie recaros too.
        Cheers,

I love fast minis, like go karts, my m8 had one for years and I honestly have no ideas how he did half the manouvers he could do it it, one of the only cars that scared me lol.

I worked at a cold storage with Sharon and we had a mini, you were meant to stop at the twin security gates and sign in, the mini left one inch either side of the car and I used to drive straight through (yes no bull with only 1 inch either side), Sharon will tell ya the gaurds used to come and find me every time LMAO

Wolfie: If you had a full, working MG engine then i'd have it...
But then again i'm toying with the idea of selling it. What other bits had that mini got, out of interest?
AAGH! I'm all over the place: Do i sell it, or keep it? It handles/drives superbly, but it needs some work (not loads, just a tidy up), but im after something faster, cos i want a cossie before i die and i was advised to have something quicker before i get one. Is this right? Im sure i would raise a few eyebrows going from 998cc, ins group 2 mini, to a 1993cc Turbo, 4x4, ins group 20 car.... and maybe die, too.
              Any suggestions....
              Cheers,
              Steve

I'm afraid Steve doesn't own the Mini anymore, got rid of it a while ago and has got the Fiesta you see in his signature pics.

No problem. You just make sure you stay North-West Leicester...and certainly don't engage in any South-East Leicestershire tarmac terrorising antics.
