    IT LIVES!!! AHHAAHAAAHAAAAAaaaa....

    thanks to 2quick4u supplying me with an engine and starter motor my escort has just been fired up for the first time in 6 months!!! im SOOOO happy!! just a few more jobs and i can go for a spin. wheeeee

      I hate brown cars normally, but on a MK1 it looks good.

          shes not gonna stay brown, just sortin out all the mechanical bits before it gets stripped and sprayed, dont wanna scuff a new paint job! I just went round the shops for a "test" run, got back to car from newsagent and some bloke is askin if she is for sale, "no mate, sorry" says i wiv a big grin!!! she drives ok, just a few bits to sort out i think, gonna use her for work next week and see if she runs ok

                  i got a shackle cemented into the drive and a big chain that goes round the axle, might make for a "porkies" style accoident, but better than it disapearing totally!! its a bit dodgy round here.

                              ive taken the front bumper off and fitted my nice new black an silver no. plates now too, looks even better. i have to say tho, it looks shinier in the photos than it actually is, but she's not rusty anywhere and thats the main thing!

                                          anyone guess how many more times ripper is going to find an excuse to put pictures of his car up?
                                          white is my favoured colour at the moment, closely followed by banana yellow. i like white with the red and green castrol stripes, but not sure how it would look on a car without bubble arches and fat wheels???
