my steering wheel is the one with the rs badge instead of the blue oval, and the centre part(not the horn push) looks more black on mine, urs looks in good shape tho, i bet mine has a light dusting of mould on it tho, really gonna have to get the estate out of the garage and air it then i can get started on it, well started to get bits for it anyway, lean burn head and got a pr of 40's waiting for me when i get the dosh together also got a dizzy and leads and coil blah blah from an efi xr3i, still unsure if i should buy new alloys or just get the turbo alloys refurbed, was thinkin about gettin them done with the turned finish on the face and maybe black or white on the sides of the spokes, any ideas ?

I wouldn't pay more than 50-70 quid though as the rare 'upgrade' RS wheel can be bought in minty format for around £120ish, and brand spanking new standard steering wheels can be bought for £200. I would suggest that although the bloke was selling it for £120, he still had it when he packed up and went home.
no the one i saw was on ebay and someone actually bought it for 125, would never pay annything like that myself but i know that i can get some decent cash for mine if im really skint at some point in my life, cos it will be staying with me whatever happens with the escort
