      Re: The 3 Door

Manx, yeah i got it sorted, the missfire turned out to be the map sensor all ok now with a healthy 315bhp. the car doesn't look like that now as i've started stripping it for a respray i'll post some pics up soon!

I think it looks ok without the door strip's the car has never been intended to be a daily driver so there not really needed for protection, i'm not one of these people that goes for originality as with all cars there a reflection of the owners taste so mayby i just have none!!!!

Nice one PJ. When i mentioned the misfire prob to my mechanic the first thing he said was " Sounds like the MAP sensor Mark"!!!! I'm back on the Island on Monday and the cars gettin booked in as soon as I'm back....O YEA
You have the car the way YOU want it mate, you scrimped and saved for it (if your like me!!) you make it your own personal RS. They all look lovely anyway

Just think of the shock horror if i told every one that i stripped all the paint of the underside of the floor and then undersealed it!!! yes boys, underseal! 2 nice coats of it, this car is staying with me forever and it's never gonna go rusty!!!!!!!!!

I'm just after a quick sweet looking 3 door, originality isn't something that matters to me all that much!!!

Scrimp and save has to be the biggest understatement ever!!
hope you get ya car sorted.
